To protect the brand name of BeauTela Inc. and its intellectual property, all distributors must agree to the below terms & conditions. In a situation in which a distributor fails to comply with the terms outlined below, BeauTela Inc. may terminate the working relationship with the said distributor at any given time. If such a situation occurs (termination of relationship), the distributor will have to immediately cease all advertising and sale of all BeauTela products. Once the credit application is approved, standard credit terms of net 30 days will apply.

- If credit is awarded, BeauTela reserves the right to suspend the account of the distributor (including orders in progress) until payment is received for past due amounts.
- 1.5% of all past due balance will be charged to the distributor on a monthly basis
